How the Day Actually Runs
Your coordinator builds the run-sheet in the months ahead, then executes it on the day — vendors wrangled, weather calls made, speeches timed, and your only job is to be in the room.

Packages start at $165 per guest covering reception venue, three-course menu and four-hour beverage package. Ceremony spaces, florals and entertainment are quoted per design — the consultation produces a real number fast.
