Gaming facilities are operated by Casino Canberra under its ACT casino licence; the hotel's salon access service is provided under arrangement with the licensee. Responsible-gambling requirements, self-exclusion programs and 18+ entry verification are statutory and strictly enforced. Liquor service operates under the venue's ACT liquor licence and responsible service obligations.
