The agreement between you and Bonza Rooms — reservations, rates, house rules and the fine print, in plain language. By confirming a booking you accept these terms.

1. Reservations & Rates
All rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee every reservation; nothing is charged until check-in on flexible rates. Advance-purchase rates are charged at booking under the conditions described in our refund policy.
The price-match guarantee applies to identical suite types, dates and rate conditions found cheaper within 24 hours of a direct booking, verified by the reservations team.
2. Check-in & Checkout
Standard check-in is from 15:00; direct bookings receive early check-in from 11:00 subject to availability. Checkout is 12:00 standard, 14:00 for direct bookings and Salon-tier guests. Photo identification matching the reservation name is required at check-in.
3. House Rules
All suites and indoor public areas are non-smoking; a $500 cleaning fee applies to breaches. Guests must be 18 or accompanied by a responsible adult. The casino floor and salon access are strictly 18+ under ACT licensing law — no exceptions. Quiet hours run 22:00–08:00 on residential floors.
4. Services & Facilities
Spa, dining, salon access, transfers and excursions are governed by the terms displayed at booking and on the relevant service pages. Capacities, dress codes and age restrictions are part of these terms. The hotel may reasonably restrict access to facilities for safety, maintenance or licensing compliance.
5. Liability
The hotel's liability is limited to the value of your booking except where Australian Consumer Law provides non-excludable rights — nothing in these terms limits those rights. The hotel is not liable for loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Guests are responsible for damage caused by their party.
Valuables should use the in-suite safe; the hotel's liability for unsecured valuables is limited as permitted by the Innkeepers Act or equivalent ACT legislation.
6. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
